MyIntealth services are divided between two different account types: applicant accounts and authorized entity user accounts. Use this page to determine what type of account you need and learn more about how to access MyIntealth.

If you still encounter a technical issue, please report it using the MyIntealth Technical Issue Reporting Form below. For questions or other issues, please contact our customer service team.
If you experience a technical problem in MyIntealth, please use our new reporting form. Using the form ensures we receive key pieces of information and details about your experience that will help us better understand the technical issue. When you submit the form, you’ll receive confirmation that your issue report has been received. Every report is reviewed by a dedicated team member, and action will be taken as appropriate to improve the user experience. If we need additional information, we will contact you directly. Common or widespread issues and resolutions will be shared on Instagram at @intealthofficial . When feasible, we will notify you directly when your issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve your experience. Please do not submit your issue through multiple channels (email, phone, or social media) in addition to the form.
